A good crossbow

So excited to get this crossbow. It has one bolt assembly and somehow I still was able to put it together incorrectly. After reading the directions, we got it sorted out. Bow is beautiful and not too heavy. 

I love the crank cocking device. I would be able to use a rope cocking device and it may be a little bit faster, but the crank is super convenient. I can leave the crank handle on and shoot without any interference, but when I'm actually out hunting, I would take the crank handle off. You can attach and detach the crank in seconds. 

The scope was way off when I first shot it and I had to shoot from about 15 feet to site it in. I lost the first bolt completely and the second bolt's feathers tore off pulling it out of the target. Some of that had to do with the close range I was shooting at to site it in. Once sited, I was putting the bolts in a 1 inch shot group from about 45 feet. Unfortunately, field tips were way off again (fixed blade). I cannot say whether that was due to the bow or the tips. I have only put about 20 bolts through this Bow so far and I feel like there may be a bit of a break in period. I'm looking forward to putting more bolts down range so I can be confident that this bow will be accurate when I'm in the field. I also ended up purchasing mechanical tips to aid in accuracy for hunting. I will update this review once I've gotten a chance to break this bow in a bit more.

Great for the price. Crank cocking device included

I love the bow. It's pretty easy to set up and it came with everything described it's really fast and I love the crank. Please read the crank instructions because we almost had a bad accident cranking it. The scope is pretty good too the only thing I don't like is the crank gets in the way unless you pull enough slack out first then get it on the string (the crank hits your arm while pulling out slack) the bolts suck I only got about 10 shots in and they broke so Im waiting on more bolts to shoot. But what little I did get to play with the bow was fun. It has a cheek rise and adjustable stock and it makes it really comfortable. I'm really pleased and it was only $400. The day I ordered it is the day I received it and I didn't pay any extra for that. The quiver is okay too nothing too special but it's free so I didn't expect much. The scope did come crooked but not a big deal and we got it sighted in pretty easy too. All in all it's a good value for the money and I'm excited to get it in the woods. Also I love the strata camo pattern it has. Love this bow!

Good but read crank instructions!

It's important to read the instructions thoroughly and practice with the bow and hand crank. Do not put the safety on without the bow cranked back, it will cause issues. I like that you cannot take the safety off without an arrow in place, this helps prevent dry fire. After the first 20 shots check and tighten the main bolt. I've been using this crossbow for two years in Michigan and it's worked great, even took a nice 8pt last year. Aim small miss small ;)

Works well after 2 years

Horrible Customer Service!! As in there is no way to get ahold of anyone. I bought a crossbow and the crank arm is broken, fresh out of the box!
