Where are you usually on a Sunday?

If it’s warm weather, I’ll be in the park, close to nature. If it’s cold, I could be in a bookstore, at an art gallery, or at home.

Three words to describe your usual Sunday:

Books, a good movie, friends.

What do you do on Sunday that you don’t do the rest of the week?

I disconnect from social media and my phone. Sunday should be peaceful; it’s a time to recharge our batteries for the week ahead.

What would your perfect weekend look like?

It would be a spring or summer Sunday at the seaside. I would be lying on a wild beach with my book and a picnic basket, either on my own or with someone I love, at peace with nature.

What is your Sunday look?

I never wear makeup on a Sunday, and for clothes I just put on something comfortable, like a sweater and jeans.

What’s your Sunday beauty routine?

I do pilates or yoga in the morning, then I make a natural mask for my hair and face and take a bath with salt and natural oils. If I feel tense I also book a Thai massage. And I try to drink more water than during the rest of the week, minimum three liters, with a few alkalizing drops.

Describe your Sunday morning:

I wake up and brush my teeth. Then I spray my face with a home-made rose water and jojoba oil spray that I keep in the fridge, so that in the morning the rose water is slightly cold. It helps me to wake up and makes my face less puffy. Then, on an empty stomach, I take probiotics and drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice. When I’m more awake I stretch or if I have more time I do yoga for 30 minutes. I keep my phone off until after I’ve showered and got dressed. It really helps to disconnect from social media; it’s so easy to let it take over your life.

Your perfect piece of jewelry for a Sunday?

My large cross pendant. It goes so well with a simple sweater and jeans! I usually wear only one piece of jewelry at a time, so if it’s not the cross pendant, I’ll wear the “spread the love” earrings that I designed for Valentines Day.

Your three favorite Instagram accounts to look at in bed on a Sunday morning?

My top three are @differ.tv ,@albionart.institute and @voguexiconic.

Your favorite Sunday morning recipe?

A green juice: bananas, pineapple, water, coconut milk, kale, lemon juice, sunflower seeds, vegan vanilla protein, chlorella powder, spirulina powder and salt.

Do you have a special memory of Sundays from when you were a child?

Sundays in Poland are very important. The whole family goes to church together in the morning, followed by a big meal. I miss all the conversations; nowadays people speak less to each other. I was usually reading a book; there were no mobile phones and I could only watch television a few hours a week. My family was very strict.

Where might we run into you on a Sunday?

When I’m in London I’ll be at KX gym. When I’m in Paris I’ll be sitting in Jardin des Tuileries. When I’m in New York I’ll probably be at a museum.

Your three favorite places in Paris?

Café de Flore, the Musée d’Orsay and Montmartre.

The perfect Parisian restaurant for Sunday lunch?

For lunch, a restaurant called Loulou (107 rue de Rivoli 75001), which has a terrace so you eat outside when it’s warm. For dinner it would have to be Caviar Kaspia (17 place de la Madeleine 75008).

What do you do with friends or family on Sunday?

Usually we go to the cinema or for lunch together. What is the ultimate Sunday accessory? My Nike sneakers. They are so comfortable, it feels like I’m wearing slippers.

What movies will you be watching next Sunday?

Blake Edwards’ Breakfast at Tiffany's or Roger Vadim’s And God created woman. What do you hope for next Sunday? Sunshine: that always makes me happy!
