XM is the best, and the agents there are so understanding and take upon themselves to make sure that the clients are always happy.

I had issues with my deposit and I was assisted by an agent by the name Agent Sarah. She was so helpful, so understanding and had answers to all my enquiries. Big up XM!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Its a nightmare to open account with…

Its a nightmare to open account with them takes ages and agents are not really interested in helping you. Documents problem password not working chatting with them in whatsapp took me 1 month to open then they decline your account. Funny experience. Better stick to exness very flexible .

Again i refered a friend before my bad experience his documents also getting rejected. He provided hi valid id , his phone bill, his passport copy still not accepted and no reply from any relatio ship managers. Who are you xm

Epic Service

Had a few questions and uncertainties regarding some of the options, I was assisted immediately by an agent named Omer, and down to the point, received super quick and super detailed responses. In under 3 minutes everything was cleared and sorted. I have never received bad service from XM in all my time with them

Don't trust XM !!!

I had 4k USD deposit bonus in my account, opened a swap free account to offset swap fees on conventional account but XM accused me of cheating with "arbitrage". They deducted all the bonus and forced me to withdraw all money and ban me. "Hedging allowed'
promoted by XM is pure scam.

Withdrawal are big concerns

Withdrawal are big concerns, every time i made a request to withdraw its getting rejected as there is screenshot that i need to provided for bank account ownership, i have provided and following up but no responses.

Asking for reference document and they are silent, i am not sure where i am stuck

I'm still wondering why people rate…

I'm still wondering why people rate this broker so low. Competitors maybe because if you filter only verified you'd see that mostly jealous reviewer.

Trying this broker with mt5 I'd 305804582 and I realized it's the only time I traded without any kind of funny pullbacks and chart manipulation.

Support was active on whatsapp and responded instantly.

Poor withdrawal

Poor withdrawal..The waiting time for withdrawal is very frustrating and once u received the money also ,it won't be in a full amnt .They will give u portion by portion and it has been many times.I am still waiting now for my full withdrawal.

For years they still struggle to be a reliable broker

XM is one of the brokerage that's been here for years but yet they struggle with customers due to the scams and inconsistent with trust. Here is what will happen when you're a profitable trader. First your withdrawal to wire will be rejected, card withdrawal only what you deposited, Sticpay will give you a nightmare on verification cos XM has already tipped them off. Don't think twice about it, there are UK and US brokerage that you can bet your life on and XM isn't one of them. Take it from me, after depositing a 170 and made over 2000, they wouldn't pay me myoney neither will all the wallets listed on their platform. It's Africa, they know nothing about customer care just how can I get more from them

Trustpilot

Trustpilot: Sham Bonuses and Confusing Rules at XM.com (1 Star)

Absolutely avoid XM.com if you're looking for a fair and transparent forex broker. I signed up for their "No Deposit Trading Bonus," only to have them claw back all my profits later, claiming I violated some obscure term about "Intermediaries/Related Parties."

Here's the kicker:

Their bonus terms are full of legalese and leave massive room for interpretation.
They never contacted me during my trading to clarify if I was breaking a rule.
They threaten to terminate the account entirely for any future "technical and/or human error" on their part regarding the bonus.
This feels like a bait and switch tactic. They lure you in with a bonus, then find any flimsy excuse to take your profits away.

Stay away from XM.com unless you enjoy confusing rules and the risk of having your earnings confiscated

XM is a fraud and scam

Completely fraud scam, upon register you receive $30 deposit bonus. And when you make profit out of it, and try to withdraw they wash out all your profit saying we have been violated their regulation, raise hand if any one else had the same issue, if im not wrong lots of people had the same issue. I believe its a total scam and fraud. Dnt get in to XM. Its completely s**t. Stay out of it

I just got scammed by XM Forex Signals…

I just got scammed by XM Forex Signals Free with their Investment plan. I made a deposit into the plan with Mr Evans he told me that in TWO days I would receive my profits when I went to withdraw my profits of $10,800 I was told I needed to make a 15% deposit to activate my account. He did not say anything about this in the beginning and I dont have it any way. So I letting all know to be aware of this SCAM to save you from losing your funds. Robert

My experience with XM is so far excellent.

I dont know why all the bad reviews. It put me off but I opened an account anyway and it has been a very good experience. I have done more than 25 withdrawals from winning trades in 2 months and all withdrawals come back to my bank account in less than 2 minutes!! Excellent. The negative balance protection works well. Deposits successful in seconds. Trading bonus is useful for bolstering equity to margin ratio. Overall impressed. If anything changes i will re post here but my experience is so far excellent.

Best Experience in the Market

I am trading more than 10 years and I have tried many brokers. For me XM is the best broker because I have never experienced something bad with them.
They are multi regulated which makes me feel safe and their support is amazing. I have never encountered any issues with XM and the trading execution is consistently fast without delays. The Deposits and the Withdrawals are fast and in general they offer the best trading environment.
Their unique XMP (royalty program) is never found elsewhere.
Things to improve:
- I'm still hoping to be able to see XM on TradingView platform.
- Do not disconnect your trading servers 3 minutes earlier in the weekends (weekly close price is very important to me).
Overall, awesome broker!
