Wrong color, but refunded.

UPDATED: They have sent a sportsuit in a wrong color with a nice letter saying "unfortunately, this is the only color we have left".
So I have returned incorrect item and got a full refund.

PS: Please DO NOT INTENTIONALLY SEND INCORRECT ITEMS without getting a clear confirmation from customer.

The worst service ever

They do not ever answer to any emails or phone calls. It is impossible to get into contact with them. They need to be shut down immediately!!! Do not order from here!! You will not receive your order and if you want to return an item you will never get a refund!!! Someone needs to file a lawsuit against them!

They sent email that order it's on
the way...but i keep waiting to long..they send a track a and trace... without barcode...so how can I track?this store must also send the email of consumer to the postnl.nl so the forwarder company can directly update the person from their orders.like other websites Does

I ordered a tractor and trailer from…

I ordered a tractor and trailer from the Playmobil series The tractor was broken ... On the same day I took a photo of the damage, I wrote an e-mail and silence I do not recommend zero return or shipment of new goods avoid this store

I'm not living in the Netherlands but… but visit frequently.

I'm not living in the Netherlands but visiting frequently. I was a client of V&D shop for many years. One year ago, I learned that you are still exiting online. As I trust your products' quality, I started to order online. Over the last two weeks, I made several orders of different items delivered to an address in the Netherlands, and I will pick them up upon my visit next week. I found the items and the quality I needed. Prices are very reasonable, and shopping online saved me the hassle of going out to shop. I told my Dutch friends about your online shopping whom they didn't know about it.
I wish to allow none residents to open an account with you, as it requires a local address.

Congratulations on your excellent service, and thank you very much. I will keep my loyalty.
