Highly recommend this storage facility. Ease of access, great peace of mind as units are very secure. Excellent service during our rental over the past five months. Super friendly and helpful team at Ballymount. There were some significant discrepancies between the advertised and actual unit sizes. Kevin not only resolved those, but went beyond what was expected, offering a slightly larger unit for the price of the advertised one. This is how customer service should be done—earning trust is priceless. 😊 Units are clean and easy to access, however, there is a little more humidity on some of the floors whilst the extension building work is under way. Thankfully this should not be an issue during the summer, and hopefully it will be all finished before the autumn. Overall, UStoreIt Ballymount was the best self-store of the five I recently visited nearby, especially thanks to the patient, helpful, and understanding team.

Staff are helpful & friendly.
The pallet trucks and trolleys make transporting the materials from your vehicle to your lock up are great. Made a smooth transition and quicker.
We also changed from a smaller unit to a larger unit seamlessly and without quibble.
Can't recommend this place more. Should have moved in sooner.

I started with a small storage space for my business and move to bigger units twice as my small business grew. I’m moving to my own premises but will likely use U storeit again as my deliveries get bigger. It’s in a good spot, safe & secure plus you can insure the contents of your unit.

Alex was on hand when we moved out of our unit.
He was helpful, informative and professional.
We needed to use the toilet facilties which were very clean and smelled fresh.
Alex asked us if we needed anything before he left the premises at closing.

I had an excellent customer experience with USTORE IT. I rented a unit for about 20 months and it was a life-saver. I had a large vinyl collection and music equipment I had no room for after I moved house. I ended up moving house two more times in that period so I was able to use it for more stuff and always had easy access to my unit. I always felt my belongings were safe and in perfect storage conditions. The staff at North Road Finglas were always courteous, friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Ciarán.

From the very beginning the UStore staff were very helpful with selecting the right size storage area for our needs.
We had a longer stay than expected but the staff were very accommodating when it came to requiring out of hours service.
Very easy process and piece of mind throughout. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring storage.

Terrific team at UStore It Ballymount. Always helpful, polite and just great customer service. Fantastic communication with lots of updates for bank holidays etc. The storage unit was great to use as kept my belongings safe and undamaged for over a year and a half. The Team at U Store It North were always responsive to inquiries, allowed our movers into the unit while we were stuck in traffic, knew our names, billing was always transparent, and the place was the cleanest storage facility I've ever been in. I've moved and stored in over 12 other facilities. Mariea and her Team are amazing!

His experience from start to finish was absolutely faultless - a really easy and efficient set up process and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Five stars for Mark who works at U Store It North Park (M50). He gave 5-star treatment from quote to move in.
He patiently helped me decide on the size unit I needed, happily responded to all my questions, and professionally received us and our international contents on move in day.
In addition and equally important is that the storage facility is easy to get to by car, secure, and clean.
