was expecting the digital code to be delivered within minutes of order as described but did not get until several hours later...

I had been searching for a game for sometime and had alerts, on other websites, for lower prices. The prices here are more than competitive, plus I received a discount code for signing up to the newsletter. Easily one of the best, and fastest, digital game key delivery sites that I used in recent years. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Pre-orderd "Manor Lords" from hrkgame.com and thought Id get the code about 15 min after game were released.. Not even close... Its passed 2 hours and still nothing from HRK. Ive sent them a message from their website but they dont even respond.

Its not even worth to pre-order from this site due the price difference was 1.50 Euro (!)

Ive asked for full refund and I´ll update here on trustpilot.com to let you know the outcome.

I just recieved an email from hrk.com support where theyve claimed that theyve issued a full refund to my PayPal account and that I should have the money back within 10 days (faster if credit card via PayPal were used)
Im glad that hrkgame.com reached out that fast and gave my money back

If it werent for the waiting of the code, Id give 5 stars, but I dont understand why we have to wait several hours after game releases?

Going through HRKGame's catalog, I was seeking for a few specific games. The games aren't obscure or anything, in the contrary, they are from popular publishers and I was surprised when I saw most of the were out of stock. I was limited by that, I wanted to buy other games, but I settled with the ones I bought. I don't complain, rather, I'm happy with my choice, but I'd preffered if I got something different. Apart from that, the keys came relatively fast and I had no problems with activating them.

Recently, I was finally accepted to be able to create an account and purchase keys from HRK! I had trouble fitting in my ID, Headshot, Payment Info (with important information blacked out) into one selfie but finally we made it work. I really like that they take their security process so seriously because it shows they care who their customers are and take extra steps to make sure they are credible individuals. I've made a few purchases since then. I had a minor issue after paying for a game where it sent me to an error page saying the purchase did not go through and I should try clearing my browser cache and cookies. I did that but it didn't work. I tried again and changed my payment method to the debit card I had to show (again, with important info blacked out) when creating my account, and the purchase went straight through. That was kind of a "duh" moment for me. Game KEY was immediately sent to me, no issues with adding it to my Steam library, and I got it at an AMAZING price. Looking forward to doing more business with HRK. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends and other key site enthusiasts!

I've ordered games many times on this site without issue. Most recently I had an order that was totally borked, however customer service was excellent over email and chat. Everything was completely resolved in less than 24 hours. Others seem to have had similar experiences. Trust that your money is safe with this site even when things go wrong (and like I said 90% of the time things were fine).

Great site for finding deals on games, coupons are a little wonky sometime, but, as grandp says, you cant butter your treenut without a little bit of sarsparilla!

Bought Fate Samurai Remnant Deluxe and instead of showing me they key it says please contact support....

Edit: They did give me a full refund when requested, assuming it's a rare mistake I'm changing this review to 4/5 to signify that in my case an error was resolved. The refund took a few hours so it was reasonably quick.

Edit 2: Rebought game with no issues on HRK, upgrading to 5/5 as they gave me compensation for my troubles on top.

Selling invalid keys that have already been used. Then they will refuse refunds for the keys. They do NOT get them from developers, but rather 3rd party sellers. But unlike other sites, they will stiff you when the key turns out to be fraudulent.

This review is really just my positive experience again. I'm sorry for posting this larger than needed post but i wanted to share my experience. Long story short, i ordered something almost insignificant and got the key but it was a bad key, opened a ticket and we agreed to refund the bad order and i ordered something else and that was a success at the first try. Thanks to HRK, love you again :)

An excellent platform that offers choice and attractive prices.
My order went through without a problem (fast and efficient).
The only drawback is that the site's translation is only partial, as it doesn't cover the products.

Easypeasy, some of the cheapest prices out there.
Delivery lightning fast, very streamlined process and no funny fees when using the website's wallet.

Very good service, I bought 3 games, one of them The Quarry, and also Indivisible, all the keys were activated without problems. An excellent site for buying games, prices are lower than in many other stores, I will definitely use it in the future, the only downsides I can mention is that there is a rather long (3-4 minutes) wait for the key to be delivered, as well as the fact that you cannot sort games in the search engine by price. But otherwise no complaints.

Super reliable and fast. I made more than 7 purchases already and never had a problem. I was able to take advantage of really good offers, I'm talking about discounts between 80 and 90% of the real value of the game on official platforms. I made the payment, and after less than 2 minutes I had the keys in my possession, which always worked fine. It is one of my trusted sites that I check from time to time to take advantage of new offers. I have acquired a large collection of games this way.
