Gjetost, (aka Brunost, which is Norwegian for Brown Cheese), is sweet like butterscotch with a dense and rich texture. It’s fudge-like, caramelized, and decadent, making it a great breakfast or dessert cheese. Gjetost is best served in thin slices along with fresh fruit.
