On a visit to The Ellen Show Thursday, actress Jessica Biel dispelled pregnancy rumors with her amazing sense of humor. Biel has an 11-month-old son named Silas with husband Justin Timberlake, but tabloids have been speculating about her appearance and claiming she's expecting a second child, so she and DeGeneres decided to have a little fun with the rumors.
"I read that you're pregnant," DeGeneres joked as the audience erupted into applause. "Isn't it exciting, guys?" Biel laughed. "I don't even know what to say about these things. I feel like, man, I thought I was doing good with my yoga practice. I thought I was doing good in the gym. But, no! I have a gut, apparently." What a perfect way to shut down body-shaming critics. Biel went on to joke that she was having twins, and quipped that after reading the rumors she called Timberlake to make sure they weren't expecting. "I was like, 'Are we? No? OK, cool.' He usually knows more about everything than I do," she shared.
Biel also dished a bit about her song, sharing that she and Silas love jamming out to Timberlake's music. "Silas loves his music, so I want him to hear it a lot. We listen to it in the car a lot," she told DeGeneres. She also revealed that when she was pregnant, she attended dozens of Timberlake's concerts. According to Biel, Silas is a very musical baby who loves listening to Erykah Badu, playing piano, and drumming. Here's hoping that sometime soon, she shares a little footage of Silas exhibiting his mad music skills (ahem, an Instagram post, perhaps?). There's nothing more adorable than imagining a baby Timberlake taking after his dad's gift for jamming out.
