COLORADO BEATS NEBRASKA

AHHHHHHHHH

What the hell, what just happened, why can’t I feel my face.

The field goal shanked right and floated peacefully down as the students rushed the field to celebrate the best victory they will ever be part of.

I hugged Evan Battey and told him, “I love you.”

There was no reason for the Colorado Buffaloes to stay in that game, but they did.

They pulled off some bullshit and gutted out an unforgettable comeback win over the hated Nebraska Cornhuskers.

James Stefanou’s field goal was surely not the plan in overtime, but it was the game winner.

Tony Brown scored the tying touchdown on the Vegas Glance with under 30 seconds left, exactly the same as Laviska Shenault’s winning catch in Lincoln last year.

Both were on perfect passes from Steven Montez, who remains an enigma whom we owe an apology.

That 96-yard flea flicker was the longest play in CU history, and I commend Mel Tucker and his mountain-sized balls.

Holy hell I cannot imagine what Tucker said to that team at halftime, to go from a hopeless first half to whatever the hell that was.

Let’s ride this victory. Let’s ride this for every mile each Huskers fan has to drive home. What the hell.
