Biography: F. Murray Abraham is an American actor who achieved international acclaim for his performance as Antonio Salieri in the 1984 film Amadeus, for which he won the Academy Award for Best Actor.

Abraham has played a number of supporting roles in major films, including All the President's Men (1976), Scarface (1983), and Inside Llewyn Davis (2013). He has also performed in several television series, most notably with recurring features Homeland (2012-2018) for which he received two Emmy Award nominations.

As well as his work in television and film, Abraham has worked extensively in theater, including Broadway and off-Broadway productions. He has performed in a wide variety of stage roles, including praised performances in classics such as King Lear and The Merchant of Venice.
