Summary of “The Money Code” by Raimon Samso 7hr audiobook and My 5 x takeaways and insights

The Money Code" by Raimon Samso is a good book that provides guidelines to changing our mindsets and beliefs about money to help us achieve financial freedom. Samso argues that real financial freedom requires us to break free from societal conditioning and our limiting beliefs about money. In his book, he mentioned four principles or "codes," that he believed will help readers achieved financial abundance and fulfilment when adopted.

The first principle is to fully understand the true nature of money. Samso states that money is not the root of all evil or a scarce resource that everyone must fight each other for, but instead a tool or means that can help us achieve our dreams and goals. Everything in our world spins around money. Readers need to shift their mindset of money from one of scarcity and fear to one of abundance. It is not a zero sum game. This principle is to know that money is not an end goal but a means to a lifestyle that we desire to live.

The second principle is to hold oneself responsible for our financial situations. Samso believes that taking ownership of our financial lives and understand that it is the result of our own choices and beliefs that defines our current financial situation. By so doing, we then avoid blaming external factors for our financial lack and thus are able to take corrective actions to improve our financial situations.

The third principle is to have a clear vision of what you want to achieve with your money. This principle would require us to understand our values and setting definitive goals to support them. We are encouraged readers to dream big, set SMART specific goals, and execute action steps to achieve them. He states that without a clear vision, we can get lost in our day-to-day expenses and lose sight of the bigger picture.

The fourth and final principle is to have a healthy relationship with money. This principle is about shifting to loving and appreciating money relationship instead of fear of losing it relationship where it becomes a scarcity principle. We are to embrace a mindset of abundance and show gratitude for having money immaterial of the amount we have. Samso believes that getting financial abundance and happiness will help us developing a healthy relationship with money.

Throughout the book, Samso offers practical advice and exercises to help readers implement these principles in their lives. He also shares his personal journey of overcoming limiting money beliefs and achieving financial success. He believes that by embracing these principles and taking action, readers can achieve true financial freedom and live the life they desire.

Overall, "The Money Code" is a powerful book with guides to help us grow our relationship with money and achieving financial freedom. Through practical advice and personal anecdotes, Samso offers readers a roadmap to achieving financial abundance and fulfillment.
