【転職のご報告/Job change】English below 約２年間働いた株式会社ASIAtoJAPANを６月末で退職し、7月１日から株式会社センシンロボティクスで新しいキャリアをスタートしました！ASIAtoJAPANでは、コロナ真っ只中で長らく内定者が入国できない状況でしたが、2020年〜2021年夏までに就職支援したメンバーは無事に入国し、日本でのキャリアをスタートしました。彼らが入社した企業でどんな活躍をしてくれるか楽しみです！人生を変える就職支援に携われたことは非常にやりがいを感じましたし、リスクとってスタートアップに飛び込んだのは価値ある決断だったなーと思います。そんな中で、昨年の春にジーズアカデミーでプログラミングをスタートしたのがターニングポイントになりました。自分でコードを書く、卒業プロダクトを作ってみる中で、よりエンジニアに近い距離で仕事をしてみたいと強く思うようになりました。また、海外から来たメンバーがどう日本組織に馴染み、開発に貢献するのかを事業会社の内側の人間として支援したいという気持ちが湧き上がり、そんな中で出会ったのが今の会社でした。海外出身者のエンジニア比率が40-50%で、エンジニア組織を支えてくれているようです！まだまだ出社１日ですが、同期も多国籍で、これからの業務が楽しみです。エンジニア採用担当としてこれから頑張っていきたいと思います！ ASIAtoJAPANはグローバルで暖かいメンバーも多く、コロナ禍を支えていただき感謝の限りです！コロナも明け、積極採用らしいので、グローバル採用に興味ある方はぜひ検討してみてください！ Last Tuesday was my last day in ASIA to JAPAN where I worked for about 2 years, I started my new career atSENSYN ROBOTICS, Inc. on July 1! In my ASIA to JAPAN period with covid-19, those who got job offer were not able to enter the country for a long time. This April-June they finally arrived in Japan and started their new life. We are looking forward to seeing how they will enjoy at the companies they joined! It was very rewarding to be involved in job placement assistance that changed their lives, and I think it was a worthwhile decision to take the risk and jump into a start-up company. In the midst of all this, starting programming last spring was a big change for me. In the process of writing my own code and building my own graduation product, I became strongly interested in working closer to the engineers. I also felt a desire to support how members from overseas fit into the Japanese organization and contribute to development as an insider of the tech company, and it was in this context that I came across my current company. 40-50% of engineers are non-Japanese engineers in it and they support the development. My peers are multinational and I am looking forward to working with them in the future. As an engineer recruiter, I'm looking forward to doing my best in the future!
