Hey everyone, I wanted to share an update on my recent journey. Recently, I was impacted by a company layoff, marking my second layoff in just two years. It hasn't been easy, but I'm incredibly grateful to Unisys and my team who were also affected by this change. Their support and assistance during this challenging time have meant the world to me. After taking some time to regroup and gather myself, I was fortunate to come across two fantastic job opportunities. I went through all the interviews successfully, but unfortunately, both companies decided to freeze the positions for different reasons. It was disappointing, but I believe that everything happens for a reason. Now, I'm ready to dive back into the job hunt once again. My focus is on seeking HR leadership roles in Orange County, CA or remote positions. I'm excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and eager to contribute my skills and expertise to a new organization. However, I must admit that the current job market has proven to be unexpectedly challenging. It's more difficult than any other time I've experienced before. But I remain optimistic and determined to find the right opportunity that aligns with my goals and aspirations. To all of you out there who are also searching for a new chapter in your careers, I want to extend my best wishes and good luck. Together, we can navigate these hurdles and emerge stronger than ever.
