She is currently serving as the Chairman of the Victorian Legal Services Board, and her impressive career includes guiding the strategic direction of ASX-listed companies and for-purpose organisations and recognition through Fellowships with the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.    Fiona brings extensive experience in business management, finance, governance, and risk management to the table and will take a role as CEHL Board Technical Director and chair of the Finance & Risk Committee.
