I'm sure you've all heard of this story. 🛳️ There was a ship that had stopped working due to mechanical failure, and the team worked day and night to fix it but couldn't. 🙁 They had to bring in someone to solve this. They found a technician, and he charged about $10,000 to fix it for them. 🔥 He came in, took one look around the place, and tightened the bolt. The ship was back in action. 🤝 The team of ship engineers asked the technician, "Why do we need to pay so much for such a simple fix?" 🥲 Then the technician answered, "You pay me for knowing exactly what to fix and not for how long it takes." 🚀 Sometimes, we ought to respect the expertise people carry and aspire to become like that someday. There is more to becoming an expert. It takes years of experience, sleepless nights, and constant improvement of knowledge and know-how. Focus on becoming an expert. Become the technician who knows when and how to fix.
