Axiom, our life sciences training specialists created a stir at the LTEN Annual Conference this week in Phoenix. Supported by Cormis, our capability and training specialists, our brilliant team spent 3 days with over 800 life sciences training professionals to discuss what’s really happening and changing in learning.    We challenged attendees to cut to the change hosting two live, interactive learning sessions on hot topics: first, a unique improv workshop hosted by Shawn Jordan on how to use off the cuff techniques to drive sales training along with a phenomenal Ted Lasso workshop hosted by Charlotte Morris on best approaches to coaching.    The attendee booth, which was designed by WRG, our event and experiential division included an immersive video demo of an empathy training experience for HCPs created by our XD Digital Studio; gamification approaches to unlock learning potential and effectiveness; unique scientific curricula design that utilizes our cutting edge Behavioral Science team and the use of employee engagement tools to monitor learner engagement.
