    What to Fix in Recruiting is back this Thursday and we're asking WTF is up with recruiting tech? It's time to cut the BS (bulky stack). Register now! (link in comments) TA teams are being asked to do more with less and consolidate vendors, yet the the TA tech landscape exploded from 160 vendors in 2015 to over 550 in 2023. WTF? The need to have fewer tools that do more is real. Many tech stacks have ballooned to the point that there’s overlap everywhere… and many of the products are collecting dust because nobody’s using them.
