    Job Title: Distribution Inspector 3 Location: Tulsa, OK Key Responsibilities: Distribution Inspector must have experience in the field of distribution construction activities that the Company is performing, including but not limited to proficiency in the following activities and programs: Main line installation, Service line installation, Tie-ins, Service and Mainline retirements, Leak Repair, Regulator Settings, Weld Mapping. Spearhead capital rebuild and relocation projects, overseeing every aspect from planning to execution, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with industry standards. Utilize techniques and technologies to identify and address leaks swiftly and efficiently, minimizing environmental impact and ensuring the safety of communities. Ensure all inspections meet or exceed industry regulations and standards. Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams, delivering clear, concise, and actionable insights from inspections, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices as well as knowledge of the following: PHMSA part 192 requirements, OSHA site safety, Maximo/Moblite, Locus IQ, Pragma CAD, as-built drawings, and ONE MAP. Qualifications: 5-6 years of hands-on experience in pipeline inspection, with a focus on capital rebuilds, relocations, and leak detection. API 1169 Certification Proven expertise in overseeing large-scale projects, from start to finish. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on precision and accuracy in all aspects of inspection and reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of project management and the ability to navigate complex project timelines within the energy sector.   Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project schedules for both ongoing and new initiatives using Primavera P6, focusing on refinery operations, maintenance, and capital projects. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and operational teams to compile all necessary data to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of project timelines. Provide ongoing monitoring and adjustments to schedules to accommodate changes and ensure alignment with project goals. Analyze project performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and report to management with detailed forecasts and strategic adjustments.     Job Title: Sr. Electrical Inspector Location: Larose, LA Duration: 04/12/2024-10/30/2024   Job Description:   Responsibilities of the Sr. Electrical Inspector shall be to assure that the Electrical, Communication, and Instrumentation installation on construction projects is performed in accordance with the Company’s drawings, plans, specifications, and the Contract Documents.   Duties may include, but are not limited to:   ·      The Sr. Electrical Inspector must have a thorough working knowledge of the electrical, communication, and instrumentation systems for natural gas pipeline or industrial facilities ·      This includes having a basic working knowledge of data acquisition systems and pneumatic and electrical control systems ·      This inspector shall also have a working knowledge of the current accepted edition of the National Electric Code (ANSI/NFPA 70) under the Code of Regulations Title 49 Part 192 and its provisions. ·      Being familiar with the approved for construction drawings and the Company specifications. ·      Completing and submitting applicable inspection reports that accurately describe the work performed on the project ·      The ability to read and interpret piping and instrumentation drawings pertaining to the construction project. ·      Follow control logic in project electrical drawings and interface with existing systems. ·      Be familiar with interpretation of hazardous locations as defined by the N.E.C. and Company specifications and be knowledgeable of approved wiring methods for these areas ·      Able to perform or supervise the loop checks of electrical construction and document information. ·      Be familiar with the A/C power systems including single phase and three phase systems and proper wiring methods. ·      Understand interfacing of pneumatic and electrical control systems (i.e. actuators, pressure, and I/P transmitters)   Requirements:   ·      Familiar with National Electric Code (N.E.C.) guidelines ·      Trade Certificate ·      10 years experience ·      5 years supervisor experience ·      OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 #electricalinspector #oilandgas #pipelineinspection

    Job Title: Sr. Welding Inspector (Dual Cert) Location: Blessing, TX Duration: 04/05/2024-10/31/2024   Job Description:   ·      The Sr. Welding Inspector must ensure proper welding and radiographic procedures are qualified and utilized, radiographers are certified, welders are qualified, sound welds are produced, and proper documentation is maintained.   Duties may include, but are not limited to:   ·      Plan and organize inspection duties in advance. ·      Assure any design changes or material substitutions are discussed with the Chief Inspection and proper Company approval is obtained. ·      Assure the radiographer’s certification is complete and correct, that acceptable radiographic procedures are established, the technician(s) has a copy of the Company specifications, current API-1104 edition, and the technician is familiar with Company procedures for film identification, form completion, documentation for the disposition of rejects, etc. It is not the Sr. Welding Inspector’s responsibility to interpret the radiographic film; however, the Inspector should be knowledgeable in film interpretation. ·      Be familiar with the approved construction drawings and Company specifications. ·      Understanding the Contract document as it relates to his or her duties on the project ·      Completing and submitting applicable inspection reports that accurately describe the work performed on the project ·      Assure any design changes or material substitutions are discussed with the Chief Inspection and proper Company approval is obtained. ·      Verify all materials used in the installation are in compliance with Company requirements. ·      Assure a welding procedure is established ·      Assure the correct WPS being utilized is reviewed prior to the start of welding ·      Assure that each welder is qualified for the work he is performing ·      Observe the x-ray procedure (including developing and handling) being used to assure it is appropriate for the applications and this procedure is producing acceptable radiographs. ·      Assure the Radiographer’s certifications are current and in accordance with SNC-TC-1A. ·      Continuously observe the welding technique and radiographic procedure to assure proper procedures are being followed. ·      Monitor the quality of the welds being made to assure sound welds are being made at all joints. ·      Assure the repairs made to correct defects in a pipe weld sufficiently corrected the defect and the weld satisfies the requirements as outlined by the appropriate codes and Company specifications. ·      Assure proper documentation is maintained by the radiographic crew including the disposition of each reject.   Requirements:   ·      API 1169 ·      OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 ·      CWI/CPWI-V/CWB ·      NACE 1 or 2 ·      10 years hands on experience ·      5 years supervisor experience #oilandgas #weldinginspector #pipelineinspection
