Your Y staff is still trying to work hard to bring you programming even though we can't be face-to-face which we would ALL rather be. No one likes this and we going to need to keep going and keep healthy. Try these workouts at home. If you don't have weights, find cans of food, use milk jugs filled with water... look around and see what you can use. Many of the workouts we will be posting you can do without any equipment.

Use our one-mile fitness trail, use our tennis courts, use our paddleball courts, use our fields to run around and kick a ball or fly a kite. Please, just do it with social distancing in mind.

Your Y staff looks forward to getting together again as soon as we can and we are cleaning the facilities to keep you safe and we will have it sparkling when you can return to us!
