• Ariana Grande and Mikey Foster sparked dating rumors yet again when they were spotted linking arms during an early-February Disneyland date.
  • Grande and Foster previously collaborated for "Boyfriend" in August; Foster also opened for Grande's Sweetener World Tour in 2019.

When Ariana Grande linked arms with Mikey Foster of Social House during an early-February Disneyland outing, she inadvertently re-sparked the timeless question of "Well, will they, or won't they?"

These two have long been speculated to be romantically linked, since collaborating together on the song "Boyfriend" to touring together for Grande's 2019 Sweetener World Tour. Here, we track everything you need to know about this relationship that may (or may not) be.

2019: Social House opens for Ariana's Sweetener World Tour.

Social House, the musical duo made up of Michael "Mikey" Foster and Charles "Scootie" Anderson, signed on as Grande's opening act for her 2019 Sweetener World Tour. Foster and Anderson also coproduced some of her hit singles, including "Thank U, Next" and "7 Rings."

2019: Mikey gushes over Ariana multiple times on social media.

Foster has taken to Instagram multiple times to publicly proclaim his adoration and respect for the "Dangerous Woman" singer.

"This what I be talkin bout," he wrote in February below a photo of Grande toiling away on a computer. "Hard work is what get u there. This girl got the all the records n chart love n she in here working after 2am doing her own edits n shit n making sure her shit is right."

Then for her birthday in June, Foster posted a sweet baby photo of her. "Ur one of the most incredible people the universe has to offer," he captioned it. "I hope this year offers u nothing but the joy u deserve. Love u. happy birthday 💙."

August 2019: The "Boyfriend" music video is released, and things get physical.

The dating rumors first began after the release of the music video for "Boyfriend," a song collaboration between Grande and Social House. In the music video, Foster and Grande end up passionately making out, leading many to speculate if the heat also continued off camera.

August 2019: Ari and Mikey hold hands.

During a night out in Chicago, a source at Us Weekly reportedly saw the two showing off some PDA.

"Ariana and Mikey were holding hands at one point while they were there," the insider told the outlet, also noting that they "arrived separately."

September 2019: Frankie Grande, Ariana's brother, says he "loves" Mikey.

While speaking to Us, Frankie accidentally let it drop that he had a "double date" with his boyfriend, his sister, and Foster.

Of the Social House collaborator, he said, "I love Mikey. I think he's a really sweet guy. So talented. So kind and so caring. He's a great guy."

Soon after, however, he clarified his statement, saying that his use of "double date" was misinterpreted. "Ariana and Mikey Foster are not in a relationship, she is single. And my comments about our recent hang as friends were not meant to be taken literally," he told the outlet. "Hale and I were on a date, which is why I referred to it as a double date when we had plans with them, without realizing what the term insinuated about THEIR relationship outside of my own. It was literally four people meeting up as friends, and I would never comment on something so personal about her life anyway.”

In a now-deleted tweet, he repeated, "My sister is not in a relationship. Everyone relax. She is very much single."

February 2020: They go to the Happiest Place on Earth.

Grande and Foster were photographed linking arms while strolling around Disneyland together earlier this month. A source later told Us Weekly, "They are dating and have been since [around] June."

In the photos, which were published by the outlet, Grande and Foster hold onto each other as they walk through the park with a group of their friends.

March 2020: They split.

The musicians are reportedly no longer an item. According to a source at Us Weekly, Grande and Foster are "not dating anymore" and called off their romance "around a month ago."

Their relationship, though never publicly confirmed by either of them, was speculated to have lasted around eight months.
