Lymphogranuloma Venereum (LGV)
Primary LGV:
 • Genital LGV: Painless genital papule, pustule, ulcer or erosion, Urethral/cervical mucopurulent discharge
 • Anorectal LGV: Proctitis (Rectal bleeding, Rectal pain, Tenesmus), Altered bowel habits - Constipation
Secondary LGV:
 • Genital LCV: Unilateral painful lymph node enlargement, Lymph node abscess, Buboes
 • Anorectal LGV: Lower abdominal pain, Low back pain, Proctitis
 • Both: Constitutional symptoms (Malaise, fever, chills), Myalgias, Arthralgias, Pneumonitis, Hepatitis
Tertiary LGV:
 • Genital LGV: Genital elephantiasis
 • Anorectal LGV: Lymphorroids, Fistulas, Colonic stricture, Megacolon, Chronic pelvic pain
