According to a Facebook post, Ranveer Singh has put his Jaguar XJ L for sale. The car also comes with a number plate that is up for bids — the trademark 6969. What’s more, the price of the car pretty much justifies an investment in a luxury saloon. The fact that it's a car pre-owned by a celebrity has raised the value of the vehicle rather than depreciating it, as opposed to the case with most other used vehicles.
The car, which is originally priced at nearly a crore, is being sold for Rs 23.98 lakh. The actor has owned it for a considerable time and the car has run for 60,000 km, per the post. The seller has also mentioned that the tires are at the 80 % level and the car is in immaculate condition complete with two keys.
The Jaguar XJ-L (where the L signifies a long wheelbase) offers a wide range of engines. The base variant comes with a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine that can rev up a horsepower of 237 bhp and a peak torque of 340 Nm. Ranveer’s car is a diesel model with a 3.0-litre diesel engine and features an automatic gearbox.
