Behold, the Absolute Worst Gatorade Bath of All Time

Things don't always go as planned.

Something historic happened in sports this weekend. It had nothing to do with the NFL or NBA. No, this historic event happened at a Texas high school football game. After the Alba-Golden Panthers beat the Lone Oak Buffaloes on a muddy field, Alba-Golden running back Dylan Pitre went to give his coach a Gatorade bath. And in case you're some kind of alien who is unfamiliar with our customs, a successful Gatorade bath typically looks like this:

But what happened in Texas on Friday night was anything but a successful Gatorade bath.

Throwing the entire Gatorade bucket followed by slipping and falling in the mud is like a 12 on the America's Funniest Home Videos scale. That's the kind of fail that is truly difficult to achieve. Congratulations to everyone involved, but mostly congratulations to us, who get to watch this video over and over as a way to feel better about it being Monday.
