Oreads are nymphs who live in the mountains, unaffected by the cold or thin air at high altitudes. They are very competitive, yet also very friendly, with a keen love for physical activity and friendly competition. They are happy to help travelers navigate through their territory safely, and will almost always challenge them to some sort of contest, such as a footrace or wrestling match, or even a test of sexual endurance if they’re in the mood.
Anyone caught defacing or destroying part of the mountain they call home will swiftly earn an oread’s anger. They likewise do not get along with miners, but are reasonable enough to come to an agreement if the miners are willing to negotiate.

Thanks! ^_^ Just doing my own spin on some mythological monsters, because its fun to design something a bit more original when I'm drawing a blank with my Pokemon, Mario, etc, OCs. Glad to hear you're enjoying seeing them! :)
