Each item has a time period specified on its listing which states how long it will take for me to make and ship your order: the processing time. I ALWAYS ship within this period and often even sooner.
If there are exceptional circumstances that prevent me from doing so, you will be notified with an updated dispatch date as soon as possible.
Please note that during peak time (November/December) orders are more likely to be shipped towards the end of the processing time period i.e. the later date.

You will receive an estimated delivery date range on your order confirmation email. These dates can also be seen on each listing before you order.
IMPORTANT: The given date range is an estimate only and not a guarantee.
Furthermore, once an order is shipped it is out of my hands and I cannot take any responsibility for delays in the postal system.

All horses are sent tracked; you will receive a tracking number with your dispatch confirmation.
Orders of smaller items e.g. hobby horse ear bonnets that are sent using Standard Delivery will NOT be traceable. These orders are sent using standard postal services (i.e. regular stamps) and are treated like letters.
If you would like to have a tracking number for these items, please select International Tracked shipping at the checkout.
