Excellent as always. I actually have ordered from this seller multiple times before and on a previous order I expressed some concerns about damage from possibly shipment and she asked me to remind her the next time I ordered and she would include an extra plant, because I wasn't interested in a refund or return at the time. However I did not have to do so she came through without me messaging her or asking for anything. She remembered me after quite sometime passing between my orders. It was nice to have some faith returned in customer service again. We need more business owners to take her instruction. All of my plants have arrived on time, great condition and are currently thriving.
