Fantastic armor! The armor comes in plastic wrap covered in oil to protect/condition the armor - and after wiping the excess oil off I waxed it for extra protection. The armor looks like the photo, and is made with good quality steel that isn't too heavy for someone smaller like myself (I'm around 5'2"). I think it's worth noting that the armor comes with the look of shiny new steel, so if you want it to look aged/used like the photo you will likely need to alter/blue it yourself. I liked that, personally, since it gave me options with how I wanted it to look. Overall great pieces, I would definitely order more (and likely will!).

In order to get a partial refund I said I’d leave a 5 star review. This has been a terrible experience. The product came damaged and the seller wanted me to pay for the shipping back to Indi despite receiving an item that wasn’t properly made. I can only upload one picture but the straps all came split and tearing. Also the grommets are sharp snag on my clothes and aren’t filed down. Some straps are worn. After. Lot of back and forth, the seller took forever to refund. I opened a case with PayPal. This whole experience took around three weeks. Finally got a refund today. Leaving 5 stars but this was not a good experience.
