🪴 Descriptions 🪴
This listing is for the number and type of plants as described in the title. Pictures of the mature plant are for reference only. The size and color of the plants vary since the beauty of succulents is that no single plant is alike, and they change color depending on the season and weather.
Plants are imported from Korea, they will have a LITTLE TO NO ROOT. Their roots were trimmed to be USDA compliance. After you receive the plant, place them on top of the soil as soon as you can and water them thoroughly. That will be enough to encourage some new root growth.
Plants need to be thoroughly dried before shipping to avoid root rotting during the transition. Please allow up to three business days to prepare for the shipping. Succulents might look wrinkled or "thirsty" upon arrival, that's completely normal. It is NOT because they are unhealthy. Plant them as soon as you receive them, and give them a good watering, they should plump back up once roots are established.
NOTE:
* Prices are for one plant only, unless specified as a set or a pot.
* Plants are shipped bare-rooted, without pot or soil, but there may be exceptions depending on the characteristics and conditions of the plants.
* Plants are randomly selected for shipping unless specified otherwise.

- We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us within 72 hours of package delivery with photos.
- If you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours after placing your order.
📦 Policy 📦
Etsy's free shipping policies limit the shipping service to First Class only. Please add the 'USPS Priority Upgrade' with your order if you want to receive your plants safer and faster.
We will NOT be responsible for any damage, loss, or delays during transition/shipping for the First Class packages. USPS doesn't provide any guaranteed delivery window for First Class packages and we have no control over the shipment once we drop off the packages at USPS.
Any issues regarding plant quality must be brought to our attention within 72 hours of delivery. This includes issues with rot, pests, damage, and severe etiolation. We will not be issuing credits or refunds for damaged plants outside of this window.
Additionally, we will NOT be issuing refunds for the following:
• Minor etiolation
• Minor leaf damage or loss
• Minor differences/ Loss of color
• Cluster Separation
• Orders delivered to the wrong address because of customer error
• Issues or delays caused by transshipping or third-party shipping forwarders. If you chose to have your order forwarded out of the country you assume ALL risks involved. We will not be held responsible for customs delays, dead plants, or any other issue
