The seller sent me a pump that did not even power on. The pump was plugged and immediately start alarming. After leaving the pump plugged up for an hour, the pump never stop beeping in alarm. None of the buttons were functionable. The pump did not power on. The seller claimed that the pump powered on prior to shipping it. However, that was a lie. The seller knew that the pump did not work. The box was not damaged in shipping/delivery and there was plenty of bubble wrap to secure the pump

I apologize the pump did not arrive as intended. The pump was functional prior to shipment. Things happen. We offered to repair and/or replace the pump immediately and you rejected.
