Welcome to the Rockybrook estate in Delray Beach,

an epic residential statement

and one of the finest homes in the United States.

This architectural marvel is cited

on sprawling two and a half acres.

It's surrounded by a lake

and is designed as a private luxury resort

inspired by the Wynn Las Vegas.

This 31,000 square foot estate

features seven bedrooms,

seven baths

and some really cool spaces.

All of this is available for $23 million

and I can not wait to show you around.

[bright music]

As you can see,

this estate has many dramatic moments.

One of them is this sprawling entranceway

that can actually double as a concert stage.

What I love about it is all the Jerusalem stone

that clads the facade.

It's very rare,

it's very special

and it's the actual material

that the entire Roman empire was built from.

And then of course,

we have that magnificent 16-foot double door

that were inspired by the National Archives Museum

in Washington, DC.

Let's head inside.

[slow music]

When it comes to the first impressions,

this is one of the best I've seen in a South Florida estate.

As you can see,

the design is reminiscent of old Hollywood glamor,

mixed with modern classicism.

It features this beautiful open-arms staircase

that was inspired by Marcel Wanders' design.

What's special about it is this wrought iron railing

that lines the staircase.

Rich details abound in this grand foyer,

starting with beautiful marble floors

that intersect white and brown marble.

But if you look up,

you're going to see

one of the most spectacular lighting fixtures,

are all Swarovski,

that also match what's in the living room.

[slow groovy music]

So, this great room is not just great,

it's truly an epic room of epic proportions.

You have 32-foot floor-to-ceiling height here.

As we saw in the grand foyer,

this great room also features

these beautiful Swarovski chandelier,

they're just extraordinary.

It took about a month to install

this particular lighting fixture

and the designer had to suspend balloons

off the different parts of the ceiling

to understand where exactly they should be installed.

They give just a beautiful glow to the home day and night.

You have beautiful walls on both sides,

they're made of marble

and they have baroque arabesque made of stainless steel.

So, it gives a really fabulous,

very glamorous feel to this entire space.

And this is the double-sided fireplace

that we need for those two cold nights a year

that we get here in Florida.

[jazz music]

So, behind the great room

and on the other side of that fireplace,

sesame open is biometric access

to this really fabulous office.

What I love about this office

is the peek-a-boo fireplace,

adorned on both sides with back-lit semi-precious stone,

which makes this room feel so rich

and so glamorous.

Another interesting feature about this office

are these beautiful bookshelves.

Not only are they architecturally interesting,

but also they're clad in leather.

That's pretty amazing.

[upbeat music]

The hallway is quite architecturally significant

and it's very symmetrical.

I mean, even the columns are clad in marble,

which is quite spectacular.

It's designed so that the grand arrival in the great room

can become one big grand ballroom.

At the end of the hallway,

we have a large commercial elevator,

a fabulous wine room,

and then a formal dining room,

which I can't wait to show you

because it's a true expression of artful luxury.

[slow music]

So, this is the formal dining room,

which is a true design masterpiece.

The ceiling is clad in mother of pearl,

which is really unique.

And then it reflects down to this bespoke dining table,

which also has mother of pearl inset.

On the sides, we have semi-precious stone that's back-lit,

it gives a really beautiful glow

and that nice lighting that we all need at night.

And you have one of a kind Nicolas Terzani chandeliers.

It's literally miles of chain

draped on these lighting fixtures.

This dining room sits 16 people

and then it further opens up to the koi pond.

Off the dining room,

we have an incredible kitchen

that any foodie fan would absolutely love.

[slow upbeat music]

This is, in my opinion, the rockstar of all kitchens.

You have, not one, but two islands that are clad in marble

and these really unique custom Downsview cabinets.

You also have state-of-the-art appliances.

I wanna show you this extraordinary backsplash.

It's actually semi-precious stone with volcanic ash.

And then you have the beautiful view of the outdoors.

These dramatic lighting fixtures

illuminate this eating island

that's large enough for a family of six,

who can then relax and enjoy their afternoon

in this very, very spacious family room.

It features this oversized L-shaped leather sofa,

two very cushy chairs.

So, you can watch movies here

or in The Great Gatsby inspired movie theater.

So, follow me.

[jazz music]

The old Hollywood glamor is so evident

in this beautiful and very grand movie theater.

There is seating for 20

in very luxurious Italian leather chairs that recline,

has speakers on the walls

intertwined with The Great Gatsby theme

and then just a very plush carpet

that will absorb the sound.

And it's acoustically and design-wise just perfect.

So, while most movie theaters have a small popcorn stand,

this one actually has its own lobby.

And while we don't have Skittles,

we do have a one of a kind Dale Chihuly chandelier.

It sets the stage for this whole experience.

And after a movie, of course,

what do we wanna do?

Have a glass of champagne.

[bright music]

This club bar is actually designed to glow.

That's why you have semi-precious stone that's back-lit.

And what's so special about the countertop

is that it's not only made of semi-precious stone,

but it has volcanic ash from Mount Etna in between it

and it's all sealed and glowing beautifully.

This is a fully functioning bar

with two sub-zero wine coolers on the side

with capacity for over 200 bottles.

You can have proper martinis

or just stick to the champagne like we do.

[upbeat music]

For all of it's eye-catching opulence,

Rockybrook also manages to enchant

with a resort-like vibe that makes

every day feel like a getaway.

Look no further than this 250,000 gallon heated pool

and owed to the infinity edge splendor at Wynn Las Vegas.

This resort-style pool was masterfully executed

by CS Pool Designs.

The tropically-landscaped pool area

is complete with waterfalls, fire pits,

a covered pavilion and dining area,

a grotto with a rain feature

and a fully equipped summer kitchen.

This provides an entertainment epicenter for all seasons.

Part of what I love about this space

is how it touches the senses in so many ways.

You can hear the relaxing sound of the waterfalls

or the swaying palms.

You can feel the heat from the fire pits.

This is truly a slice of paradise.

[slow upbeat music]

This dramatic open arms staircase

leads up to the second floor

where you have the most amazing views

of both the great room,

as well as the grant arrival.

What I love about this space

is that it's just open and airy

and just very luxurious and dramatic.

It shows off all of the very rich details

that this home has to offer.

The second floor of the Rockybrook estate

features five of the seven bedrooms.

There is an entire children's wing,

including the bowling alley,

study area and of course, a lounge.

I'm excited to show you my favorite suite of all,

happens to be the princess suite.

So, please follow me.

And while we're walking,

I wanna show you what this grand hallway.

It's lined with silk wallpaper and really cool features

like this lighting, constellation lights.

[slow music]

This is truly a dream come true for any little girl.

The design is so extraordinarily sophisticated.

The colors are so soothing and so beautiful.

Look at the bed frame,

it's iridescent and just so sumptuous and gorgeous.

Swarovski crystal lighting fixtures above the bed

and of course, adorning the center of the room as well.

I just love this room, it makes me feel good.

Reminds me of my own childhood.

[slow jazzy music]

So, the princess suite, of course,

has its own private princess bath,

a makeup table,

a freestanding tab of course, with a view.

The finishes are as extraordinary

as everywhere else in the home.

You have mother of pearl details

and there is

the most extraordinary Swarovski crystal chandelier.

I strongly feel that most chandeliers

are like jewelry for the home

and this is, as you can see, one very nice jewel.

[slow upbeat music]

Thank you so much

for touring this extraordinary property with me.

31,000 square feet,

the bedrooms, entertainment rooms,

all of this is currently on the market for $23 million.

I appreciate you being here with me

and see you soon.
