Sambava tomato frog
Sambava tomato frog (Dyscophus guineti). Sambava tomato frogs are native to the swamps and forests of Madagascar. Tomato frogs are known to inflate themselves and to exude a distasteful, gummy substance from their skin to deter predators when threatened. Female adult tomato frogs can reach over ten centimetres in length.
