MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — A great white shark named Bob decided to have a holly 'jaw-ly' Christmas in Myrtle Beach this year!
According to OCEARCH, the 13-foot-4-inch-long adult male who weighs 1, 308 pounds pinged about 10 miles off the Grand Strand coast on Sunday.
Bob was originally tagged in September 2021 near West Ironbound Island, Nova Scotia.
OCEARCH said Bob had not pinged in over a year until the very end of November when he popped up near the coasts of New Jersey and New York.
