Within this role, my duties include, but are not limited to •Organising all aspects of a student’s course: accommodation, tuition, transportation & organised activities •Submit and control yearly production budgets •Ensure my sites’ key quality and financial KPIs are met •Facilitate and supervise the recruitment of staff (marketing, advertising) •Be the face of EF year round in responsible destinations (local suppliers, authorities) •Processing payroll •Contracting staff •Implement and facilitate training programs for local staff and colleagues worldwide •Develop and improve partnerships within the local community •Ensure UKIE activity staff hit key KPIs

During my time in the role, I increased NPS from -8 to +53, and increased student volume from 1000 to 1500 per summer. Show less

In this summer position I oversaw the day-to-day running of a centre. This involved managing a team of 30 staff, including on-boarding, as well as overseeing a senior management team of 3. I ensured we achieved high performance metrics.
I was also responsible for welfare issues of staff and students, and making sure COVID rules and laws were complied with by everyone on site.

In this role, I taught English to school children aged 5-16 in the South of Spain. This is a role which developed my communication skills massively, communicating with colleagues and students whose native language was not English.
It also showed that I can adapt to new environments, as I was working whilst immersed in a completely new culture, and so it has helped develop my inter-personal skills.

This was a role that I undertook alongside my final year of undergraduate studies. It required me to work as part of a pair in interviewing clients who could not pay for legal aid, and providing them with help, either in form of a letter or advice on the spot under the supervision of a qualified solicitor.

This developed my legal research skills, as well as my teamwork ability, as I researched and conducted interviews in pairs. This also improved my ability to communicate effectively.
