Minimum dimension requirements for building indoor shrines. (Updated to include Map room)
By Light_Bringer
Quick reference guide to build dimensions when placing shrines to your god indoors. These are basic minimums I tested in SP after wanting to hide a shrine to Mitra beneath my Stygian's upper floor. ;) Enjoy and I hope it helps!

For the map room a square room of 9 x 9 two high will suffice, however the very mddle five ceiling tiles will only have a structural integrity of 20 and that means that the very last EXTREME center tile will not place until you can bump up the SI of the surrounding four tiles to 40. This takes some doing. I did use the angled support beams on all five of the walls on each of the four sides. This worked for a time then one time logging into game that center tile totally lost all Structural Integrety and collapsed so I finally had to use two pillars two high on opposite side of the room for it to be replaced. See linked image below.

I don't mean to nitpick, but that is hexagonal style (no matter how big it gets it has 6 equal sections with 6 hallways). You can make a "circular" (12 equal sides all 2 tile wide) room a bit smaller than that to house it that is approx 8x8, you just need to place the map before installing the walls to be able to place it. Center starts the same, 6 wedges, then connect squares to each, then to each square a wedge, and so on. Here is a guide that shows the "circle" method if you aren't aware of it. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=859571836

Glad you guys are finding this one helpful! I've updated it with the smallest circular map room I could put together. I use the word small...loosely lol. I'll work on fitting this beast in a square room for another update soon.

Think you could update this to include the map room?
