[PSA] DO NOT ORDER YOUR STEAM DECK FROM KOMODO IF YOU ARE IN HK, Taiwan or Japan
Well, if you are from asia region, your official distributor is possibly a SCAM/FRAUD

Your fastest way to get a deck might be buying from scalpers where they have consistent stream of stock somehow marked licensed product .

Ordered steam deck from the official partner for asia region, komodo, where they simply vanish after receiving the funds, and the goods was never delivered. while the stock for steam deck is abundant in the shops in HK, i wonder the goods has been leaked for private profit without acknowledging steam and therefore I express my frustration on this matter where this partner komodo appears to be non responsive and behave similar to a scam/fraud.

Surprise, komodo have been vanished ever since, twitter for HK region have been bombed and all they do is deleting everybody's post

I ordered my deck from komodo and received it today, have you contact the support yet?

So, again, did you actually contact Support and what did they say?

You really need to backup your claims with some proof and a reply from Support.

and then the distributor is vanished as i said
why it smells so much like scam on ebay

This reminds me of the earlier days of North American Steam Deck shipping, including the unsubstantiated claims of it being a scam.

BTW They sent my unit last night via SF, I got notified by the SF App way before they send the confirmation email so you might want to keep an eye on SF

That's pretty common. If you have distributor selling your product, they also have to deal with the claims they are causing and not steam. Especially when it's about purchasing, delivery, etc.
