They aren't the latest "equivalent" APU/GPU drivers but you can in fact make a fully functional Windows SteamDeck.
Define functional. I believe there might be another OS integration fee for video/audio codecs. You might not have hw acceleration on the Steam Deck for windows.

^ also, make note that there is also now the separate section for the Steam Deck OLED and Steam Deck LCD as they have different hardware and different drivers. They don't have the Audio, BT, WiFi, etc. drivers finished yet for the Steam Deck OLED so if you get one of those you'll still have to wait a bit to be able to install Windows 11 on it with everything working.
