I keep dying from the 2 lost ones, but even if I kill them they leave me with low health and amok kills me, anybody got any tips?

The game crashes when I tried to enter animation alley after reaching the point of no return in Wilson's lab and backtracking from there. Then I managed to noclip past it to the sewer tunnels. Great. BUT NOW I CAN'T ACCESS THROUGH THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ BORIS POSTER??? EVEN THOUGH THE PREVIOUS TWO WORK FINE AND I HAVE BACKTRACKED ALL THE WAY FROM THE POINT OF NO RETURN IN WILSON'S LAB???? The game seems to be stuck on the loading screen when i start it. I already sucessfully launched it 2 times before it started doing this, although both attempts froze my entire computer and I had to restart. Already checked file integrity multiple times, as well as re-installed, my PC exceeds even some of the recommended requirements and meets all minimal requirements. Can anyone please help me?...
