    White-Collar Criminal Defense

We have significant experience investigating and defending allegations of white-collar crime. If you’ve been charged in a criminal case your future is in danger. You need an attorney who will aggressively defend you by investigating your case, gathering evidence to support your defense and analyzing the legal challenges available to attack the prosecution’s evidence.

Seiden Law Group has successfully represented clients facing allegations of health-care fraud, bank fraud, mail fraud, securities fraud, commodities fraud, mortgage fraud, criminal antitrust cases, wire fraud and mail fraud, money laundering and counterfeiting.

Sale / Possession / Delivery of Controlled Illegal Substances

It is the prosecution’s burden to prove you guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.  A defendant is not required to prove their innocence.  We fully litigate your case to determine all evidence against you and investigate whether there is any basis to suppress that evidence.

These cases have taken us all over the United States to both state and federal jurisdictions. We work with clients facing difficult predicaments and lengthy prison sentences: cocaine trafficking; synthetic marijuana smuggling; conspiracy to sell methamphetamine. If you can imagine it, then we have likely represented a client with such a case.

These cases usually involve a Federal court and unlike other litigation firms, we have a great degree of familiarity with that system and a high level of success in those courts, both through trial and/or negotiation.
