Spent hours with customer support and they could not do a simple task! Had turned on 2 Factor Authentication in their app and it was supposed to send out a code to email which never came! Tried to have them turn that off, which should be able to be done easily from the backend at least even if they cannot from front end but they just could not do it!! Normally 2 factor should have multiple options too such as texting your phone number or using an authenticator from Google, MS etc. but NOT here!

I can't load my statement, I can't call the office unless it's an emergency and I know I have a $99.?? credit. I'm on budget billing which has disappeared and so far, I can't get a blasted thing done either on the app or by phone. I'm furious right now! This is a very typical situation and totally frustrating. Don't have an app if it isn't going to work! Allow customers to talk to people in customer service so we can get problems figured out. Fix these and allow customers access!

When I can even get the app to work and I can get through the payment process, an incredible feat in and of itself, the app takes days to register a payment. And thats if it even registers it! I made a payment a week ago. The app still says I owe for my last bill. Every month this happens. In the last two years I've only received two receipts of payment because the text and email notifications are completely unreliable. If I only did my job right twice in 24 months I'd be fired
