Aloinopsis rosulata is native to South Africa and is a compact draft succulent with a thick rootstock and 2 or 3 leaf pairs to a branch, forming rosettes. The rootstock is up to 8 in. long and 1.6 in. diameter. Leaves are erect, spoon-shaped with an apical thickening developing a triangle, and with prominent warts. They are up to 1.2 in long and 0.7 inches wide, and 0.25 inches (0.6 cm) thick. The whole plant grows up to 4 in. diameter. Flowers appear in late winter or early spring, solitary or in groups of 2 to 3. The petals are yellow with a red middle stripe. Fruits are 10-locular capsules without a closing body. need plenty of light. Cold-hardy and can be cultivated in the ground or in a container. They will grow in the cooler parts of the year and flower in winter if it gets good light (direct sunlight is essential to bloom well).
Plants available are rooted divisions, shown in 3″ pot. Plant will ship bare root. Will refund some of the shipping cost when placing an order for 2 or more plants. All my plants are healthy and pest free. I ship USPS priority mail 2-5 business days. All purchases on or after Wednesday will ship the following Monday to avoid plants spending the weekend at the post office. Not responsible for frozen plants or delays from postal service, that’s out of my hands. If you require a heat pack, I have some for sale, check under my other listings. I’m not making any money on these, I have them there for YOUR convenience. They are priced at $6 that’s to cover my cost. If you purchase a heat pack send me a message and let me know is for your order. For orders cancelled or refunded 72 hours after being placed, there will be a $5 charge (deducted from total refund) to cover restocking and Stripe’s processing fee.

Received after 3 days I ordered. They arrived in a box. All wrapped loosely by used newspapers. You can see the roots with some soil still attached. I planted them in pots the next day. I put them in my sun room. Hope they will grow healthy and see the flowers soon.
