Shalom Harlow is a blast from the past on Versace runway

Donatella Versace loves both modern and vintage, even when it comes to models. The designer cast a glamorous array of today and yesterday’s top faces in her vibrant spring fashion extravaganza. Emily Ratajkowski and Irina Shayk slunk down the runway in black silk disco dresses, along with Kendall Jenner (walking in her fourth show in Milan, despite her “selective” approach to jobs). Gigi Hadid and Kaia Gerber rocked bodycon frocks in dizzying prints. Sneaker fan Bella Hadid stepped out in yellow sneakers and a matching one-shoulder dress. And retired ’90s covergirl Shalom Harlow closed the show in a slinky mixed-media floral gown and a halo of wavy chestnut hair, reminding the fash pack of her otherworldly beauty.

Of course, two seasons ago Versace staged a veritable supe-fest, unleashing Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell, Claudia Schiffer, Helena Christensen and Carla Bruni in a shimmering finale. Once again, Donatella proves that not only is she loyal to her favorite girls, but age is just a number.
