Children living in orphanages benefit from donation of juice |13 January 2016

Several orphanages have received a donation of juice from Vendesto Ltd, a wholesale merchandise business, through the Citizens Engagement Platform Seychelles (Ceps).

The orphanages are Foyer de la Solitude, Foyer de Nazareth, President’s Village, Foyer de la Providence and Mother Teresa’s Home at Anse Etoile.

Two representatives of Vendesto Ltd, Anshuman Sing and Shiva Nagraj, handed over the donation to a representative of the President’s Village, Rosita Banane, during a short ceremony on Monday afternoon at the Ceps conference room.

This was in the presence of members from the foyer, staff from Ceps, among other guests.

Expressing her gratitude to Vendesto Ltd for the donation, Ms Banane said the orphanages really appreciate such gesture from the private sector.

“Thank you for this fantastic gesture, we hope that this collaboration will continue in the near future,” she said.

In addition to the wholesale merchandise business, Vendesto also owns a retail outlet, Shoprite, which is located at the Grand Anse Mahé petrol station.
