Tommy Lee Jones had a sweet bonding moment with his new co-star Jenna Ortega as they hit the premiere of their new movie.

The Men In Black actor, 77, is currently starring in crime thriller Finestkind alongside Scream actress Jenna, 21

The two popped up at the premiere in West Hollywood, California to promote the new Paramount+ release on Wednesday and while posing for photos together, Hollywood legend Tommy had all the questions.

‘Did we have any scenes together?’ he turned and asked Jenna as the cameras flashed away.

She replied: ‘Yes we have one,’ before appearing to kindly explain the details of their scene.

Moments later, Tommy asked: ‘Have you seen the film?’

Jenna seemed to shake her head no before the two co-stars shared a laugh a short while after.

Reacting to the interaction and Tommy’s question, X user @c9berry shared a little insight into how the movie industry works, weighing in: ‘Everyone here clearly doesn’t understand how movies are made. 2 actors can shoot scenes separately and be in the same scene together. Happens all of the time. I actually can’t stress enough how often it happens.’

Finestkind sees two estranged brothers reunite as adults and become embroiled in a deal with an organised crime syndicate in Boston, while a young woman gets caught in the middle.

Tommy is one of Hollywood’s screen greats with iconic roles in the Men In Black franchise, as well as The Fugitive, Batman Forever, Double Jeopardy, Natural Born Killers and Captain America: The First Avenger.

He won the best supporting actor Oscar for his role alongside Harrison Ford in The Fugitive and the outstanding lead actor in a limited series or movie Emmy for 1982’s The Executioner’s Song.

Jenna is one of the industry’s fastest rising stars receiving acclaim for her performance as Wednesday Addams in Netflix series Wednesday, and her turn in horror movie X.

She is also a lead star in the current Scream franchise but it was recently confirmed that she will not be returning for a third instalment due to filming conflicts with Wednesday.

Finestkind is out on Paramount+ now.
