Isana Yashiro
Nicknamed “Shiro”, he’s a cheerful young boy who wanders around campus asking people to share their food with him. Though he once suffered from memory loss, he regained those memories during the “School Island Incident” and awakened as the Silver King. However, his status remains unknown after the incident was resolved.

“Hmph…don’t look down on a Silver Clansman.”

Yatogami Kuroh
Nicknamed “Kuro”. His favored sword bears the name “Kotowari”. Has a very serious personality and is skillful at everything from sword fighting, combat to cooking. Though he once served the Colorless King Miwa Ichigen, he met Shiro during his search for the Evil King and became his clansmen during the “School Island Incident”. He believes that Shiro is still alive after the incident, and currently searches for hints that could lead to their missing king with Neko, another Silver Clansman. 

“Nya——-!! Listen to my plan—-!!”

Neko
Known as a Strain, she bears supernatural powers. Her ability is extremely powerful, allowing her to control the senses of all humans around her at will. Her powers even include modifying memories. She likes Shiro, and hates wearing clothes. She became Shiro’s clansman during the “School Island Incident”. Afterwards, she goes on a search for Shiro.

“Sorry, Anna. I can’t show you that beautiful red anymore.”

Suoh Mikoto
The former Third King, the Red King. He charged into the School Island during the incident to take revenge for Totsuka Tatara. He once was a greatly feared man, exuding great charisma as the King of HOMRA.

“I accept your challenge.”

Munakata Reishi
The Fourth King, the Blue King. The leader of SCEPTER4. Known for his refined looks and sophisticated way of speaking. No one knows of his true intentions. He’s dauntless enough to bring a tea set and snacks onto the field of operations. Neko calls her “Boss Glasses”. During the “School Island Incident”, he had a great battle with the Red King, Suoh Mikoto.

“Don’t chase them! Maintain our line of defense!”

Awashima Seri
The lieutenant of SCEPTER4. As Munakata’s right hand woman, she completes her missions with a cool head. She’s an ends over means person. However, outside of her missions, she occasionally visits bar HOMRA and is personally acquainted with Kusanagi. Though she appears to be a perfect superwoman, she actually has a huge soft spot for sweet things, and her sense of taste is a little bit skewed, as seen from her tendency to add red bean paste into martini.

“The same trick won’t work on us twice - we’re not that incompetent.”

Fushimi Saruhiko
SCEPTER4’s No.3. He has a disrespectful and lazy attitude, but he’s extremely competent. He was once a member of HOMRA, and has a past with Yata Misaki, the front-liner of HOMRA. Skillful at the use of a sword, he also doesn’t hesitate to use dirty tricks like surprise attacks with his throwing knives. Neko calls her “Bad Glasses”.

“I have something important to discuss. Please, Yatagarasu.”

Kusanagi Izumo

The bartender of bar HOMRA, which doubles as HOMRA’s headquarters, Kusanagi also serves as an adviser to HOMRA. In reality, he’s actually the one commanding HOMRA. He has a relationship with SCEPTER4’s Awashima Seri as a bartender and his customer, and calls her “Tundra Woman”. He goes a long way back with Suoh and Totsuka.

“Mikoto-san, Totsuka-san, Kusanagi-san, they’re all gone…I can’t think of what to do! You’re all I have left…”

Yata Misaki
HOMRA’s front-liner who goes around on a skateboard. He’s also known as “Yatagarasu”. He’s extremely hot-blooded, and very devoted to his comrades. Yet he also has an adorable side of being weak with girls. He hates being called by his first name. He hasn’t gotten any formal training in terms of combat, and throws himself into the action by pure instincts.

“This…isn’t it.”

Kushina Anna
She’s essentially HOMRA’s mascot, a silent and doll-like girl. She has sensory powers, and uses red marbles as the medium for her powers.

“…I’m sorry.”

Totsuka Tatara
One of the first members of HOMRA along with Suoh and Kusanagi. He has an easygoing personality, and he’s the mood-maker of HOMRA. His nonchalant words and actions sweep everyone into his own pace, and he’s naturally adept at keeping Suoh’s inner destructive impulses in check. He was murdered on December 7th by some unknown party.

“Being thinner doesn’t make me any less powerful!”

Kamamoto Rikio
A member of HOMRA who always accompanies Yata. He’s a huge man, both big on body size and big on responsibilities. He becomes thinner during the summer and fatter during winter.

“How’s it going for you, Kuro-kun? You’re looking for someone, right? Let’s see…his name was - Shiro-kun, right?”

Yukizome Kukuri
Shiro’s classmate and a member of the student council. A cheery and friendly young girl. During the cultural festival preparations, she received a confession from her classmate Mishina but rejected him. During the “School Island Incident”, her body was taken over by the Colorless King.

“I suppose we should start with the pleasantries, Kuroh-chan…call me "Onii-sama”!“

Mishakuji Yukari
A former disciple of the Seventh King, the Colorless King Miwa Ichigen, just like Kuro. He loves all beautiful things.

"My business does not involve fighting you.”

Hirasaka Douhan
A mysterious ninja that serves Mishakuji Yukari. Calm and collected, he’s a combat professional excelling in stealthy missions, such as reconnaissance and ambush.
