Do not go here . They have no planning for practices , they just wing it from practice to practice . Typically another student teaches your child , no hands on teaching . If you are elite you will get attention if you are learning you may as well not even try here . She may have won an Olympic medal but she runs a poor business .

There is a lack of talent to teach the kids, Tatiana will start out nice but if your kid needs more training she just seems to break contracts, break their hearts and kicks them to the curb. While she celebrates a few good athletes she has destroyed 4 or 5 young kids hearts by just kicking them out of the gym because she decided to collapse most of the kids in a certain level. Not only did she crush them, she didn't face them to tell the kids, she sent her office worker and part time coach. She has had several lawsuits against her in the past few years and seems to have lost her concern for the kids, their families and their hearts and feelings.

The coaching is really subpar compared to the
other local gyms and the owner is constantly fighting with her employees causing a lot of coaching turnover.

Tatiana is fantastic, your child will fall in love with her. She is personable and knows her craft.

We transferred from another gym and the progress my daughter has made far surpasses the progress she made at a previous gym.
Coach Tatiana has high standards and doesn't let the girls get away with slacking off when it's time to work, but also gives them positive encouragement and time to break and bond with their teammates. My daughter would come here everyday, all day if she could!

Brought my little one here and had such a wonderful time with Tatiana - she won't tell you, but I will, that she was a gymnastics superstar in the 1992 Olympics which not only helped me feel like I was working with an expert, but also helped inspire my little one to exceed her own physical goals. Go see Tatiana and her gymnastics studio - you won't be disappointed!

**BEWARE**I'm so disappointed with Tatiana Gutsu Gymnastics Academy!!! I am very sure that most of the people who gave this school good reviews were either Tatiana's friends or family. First of all, her classes are VERY expensive! $20/hour for a 1 time a week, joint class lesson! NOT private lessons, but for a class of students! Also, the class is slow. The students spend more time stretching in the beginning of the class than actually learning techniques. In addition, Tatiana was late everyday! The classes started off at 9 AM, then she moved the time to 9:15 am, then, ultimately to 9:30 am. At the now, 9:30 am time, she was still late every time. Parents and students were always waiting in their cars for her to arrive and open, which is so inconsiderate! Also, I paid for the Groupon for 2 Months of lessons for $55. In the beginning, her Groupon did NOT mention that there would be a mandatory annual $35 registration fee for classes! She charged this even for the Groupon trial classes! When I brought this to her attention and asked what the registration fee went toward, she refused to answer my question and argued that it was on the Groupon. However, it was NOT. She did finally add the $35 fee notice on the Groupon, but when asked what the fee was for, especially for a trial class that we may choose not to continue with, she still would NOT give an answer. Even with this, I reluctantly gave the school a chance because my daughter really wanted to try out gymnastics and Tatiana Gutsu was a gold winning Olympic medalist. I figured my daughter could learn something. However, my daughter did not learn anything new. This class left us feeling as though we truly wasted our time and money! Also, Tatiana shorted our 2nd month of classes by 1 week! I explained that the Groupon clearly said 2 full months of lessons and she said no, it is only good for 8 weeks. 8 weeks would generally add up to 2 months, however, the Groupon was very specific that it was for (2) full months of lessons. There was nothing in the small print that said anything about weeks at all either! So, I found my Groupon on my phone and showed it to her and allowed her to read it. Further, I explained that there was nothing even in the fine print that mentioned anything about weeks of service, only that lessons were for 2 full months. She still refused to honor her full Groupon agreement and gave me an invoice for $79 to pay if I chose to continue lessons! REALLY! NO WAY, will I ever patronize this business again! I should have known better from the beginning when her 7 year old son accused my husband of stealing his IPAD! Her son later found his IPAD in Tatiana's office where he left it. Not to mention, her little son was always running wild and free all over the place! One day, her son was assaulting the parents with his toy knife! One of the parents asked him to please stop hitting him with his toy knife and Tatiana's son told him "NO, you can't tell me what to do and I don't have to listen to you!" We were all like, WOW! Please, do yourself a favor, save your money and avoid this school!!! PLEASE CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!!!

I too, purchased a $55.00 Groupon and was not told or was it advertised that I would have to pay a $35.00 registration fee. It was too late to get a refund from Groupon since we had purchased way in advance and printed the voucher. Furthermore, it was advertised as 2 months of classes for $55.00. We were shorted a week of classes! I tried to explain this and even pulled up the actual advertisement and showed them and Tatiana Gutsu still refused to let us have our last week. There were other issues as well but we chocked them up to the business being new. My child did enjoy the classes she was allowed to attend and wanted to continue. However, as a parent, we know when something isn't right and we want what's best for our children. I don't want to teach her that it is okay to allow anyone or business to intentionally treat you badly. The way we were cheated, how callous we were treated and how badly our case was handled by Tatiana Gutsu and her office assistant, really left a bad taste in my mouth. I considered it a clue and a forewarning of how our future with this school was going to be like and chose not to patronize this business anymore. Please take heed and beware!!!
