I don't care what anyone says, this is good pizza! We came in for the lunch buffet, which, at right around 1100Yen per person, is a great deal for what they offer. There were about 7 or 8 different pies on the counter at any given time, and the toppings would change as they made new pizzas, so there was a huge selection to choose from. Selections range from your typical toppings like sausage, pepperoni, and peppers to the more unique Asian toppings like shrimp (surprisingly good on pizza), corn, and salmon, among other things. The pizza is almost always a very thin crust, but it's delicious.
In addition to the pizza, the buffet includes several pastas, rice, curry, soup, a small salad bar, dessert items, and a large selection of drinks. The bang for your buck can't be beat, and the food is really good! Give it a try!

Well when you have good experiences and when you have bad experiences. This place has no sense of customer service at all. They take for ever to come and get your order. We order one pizza, two sets of papas mojo plus chicken. Well let me tell you about the chicken. The chicken was Horribe. My step son order chicken and it took 30 minutes to get it. Yup I timed it. I asked twice about the order. They say they were making it. Finally I went over and said is the chicken done? And the lady went back and forward to check and said oh yeah is coming. I stayed there and waited. They gave me 2 piece YES 2 PIECES OF CHICKEN ANS WAIT SUPER SMALL THAT ONLY 1 HAD MEAT. Is this a JOKE. I was very disappointed. We paid and left. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER CHICKEN AT ALL.

If you have ever had Shakey's back in the states, you'll understand when I say Mojo Potatoes.

For the price they charge, it wasn't worth it.

Pizza was mediocre, fried potatoes were soggy and so so.... The curry was nothing special considering all the other curries we've all tried on the island.

Overall, I wouldn't come back here if I was craving pizza.

Priced as an average buffet but limited on their selection of food. Curry, fried potatoes, and usually two types of pizzas to choose from. As they run out of slices of pizza they alternate it with another type. The food itself wasn't bad but they lack in selection and the decor needs an upgrade. Compared to other restaurants on Okinawa, Shakeys is nothing special.

You get what you pay for, right? ¥1000 for a lunch buffet that has pasta, pizza, curry, random baked items with juice, tea and soft drinks included is a pretty good deal. Anyone who comes here expecting the above items to all be gourmet will surely be disappointed. However, it's all not bad either. I'd describe the pizza as a step above Totinos frozen pizza but way below Pizza Hut, curry is average normal Japanese style fair and the pasta is decent. Octopus wasabi pizza was a first for me and surprisingly I liked it.
