Went to the IHOP near the airport area by Dunkin Donuts, the parking was pretty full, but not many customers in IHOP?
They have a vast amount of menu items I decided to order the senior menu the sampler plate which was ok it had 1 strip of bacon, 1 tiny piece of ham, 1 link sausage and hash brown and 1 egg with a pancake.
The food came out fast and the service was okay.
The restaurant was pretty empty, but they did have a lot of workers on duty.
Restroom were clean only thing no soap I guess they ran out.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Oct 11, 2021Previous reviewLocated in the Airport area same parking lot with Dunkin Doughnuts the entrance is located the same area as the drive through line for Dunkin Doughnuts so at first it looks like a lot of cars trying to get in to park, but it's the line for the drive through!
Limited parking because the parking is shared with the gas station and Dunkin Doughnuts.
As you enter they have signs mask must be wore to enter and as soon as you walk in you need to sign in with all your information and provide your vaccinations card and ID before getting seated.
The menu is pretty large with a lot to choose from, the waitress was nice and pleasant!
The food was good which was just the basic pancakes, ham, bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs.
Bathroom was decent and they had hot and cold water to wash your hand with paper towels.Dec 26, 2020Previous reviewWent there on the way to the airport for breakfast did the check in and hand sanitizing then was seated but not long after they sat another guess right behind me within 4 ft? It was strange because the restaurant was not full and to the Diamond head side of the restaurant only had 1 table being used.
They have one way into the restaurant and one way to exit.
Sever was nice and friendly and service fast.
The food was good and tasty order the combination combo and a bacon breakfast.Nov 22, 2020Previous reviewIt's has been awhile going out to breakfast and it was a wonderful treat.
You need to enter one way and exit from another you need to check in with your information and temperature check and sanitize your hands before being seated.
We ordered the combination breakfast I had the cinnamon pancakes with sausage, hash browns, eggs, coffee.
My wife ordered the pumpkin spice pancakes with bacon, hash browns, eggs, coffee.
We both enjoyed our meals the server and other staff was very friendly and attentive.
The seating was very spacious so you are more then 6 feet apart, area was clean, except had some customers going to the restroom without their mask on most restaurants required you to wear your mask when leaving the table. - 2414190Apr 28, 20241 check-in
As with any chain restaurant, I should probably grade based on a curve. This IHOP is clean and I've always had good service. The prices could be better. A basic meal is now $20 and coffee is $5 (but comes with it's own refill), but I think the quality of the food has gotten better in the last few years.
I had the poblano eggs Benedict this trip, and it was surprisingly good. I know better than to get the omelets (now about $25!). I don't like the texture of the splash of pancake batter they add to the eggs.
The service at this location has always been above average. The servers are friendly and helpful, and the food comes out quickly. We enjoyed our meal, but probably won't be back soon since there are lots of great local breakfast places to compete for our seats.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Cody Z.Honolulu, HI24155171Jan 28, 2024

The service was excellent! Aunty was friendly and attentive to everyone that came in (and she was manning the floor solo.). Food came out quick, was delicious but I'm bummed they no longer serve the Swedish crepes with lingonberries.
Big complaint. No barcode scanner at the register and I was unable to redeem by bonus $10 giftcard.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Clifford C.Honolulu, HI1354855Apr 1, 20241 check-in
Good service this late morning, had the seniors french toast and my daughter had the five cheese omelet with bacon and mushrooms. We both enjoyed our meals. Nice to come here when everyone else is working. Not as busy and good service. Will come again.

At the start, the waitress Joli had an attitude and wasn't really hospitable. We had two persons in our party and only could give us one menu due to they said they're short on menus. Then after 10 minutes later I asked another waitress for another menu. The waitress asked the hostess for another menu. The hostess told the waitress I gave them one menu. She told her there's two persons on that table. The hostess gave an attitude for just getting us another menu.
The waitress Joli also took us to a table top and then we asked for a booth. Joli gave us a slight attitude most likely due to we sat not in her section but another waitress's section. The restaurant was only 50% full. They also had other persons in booths. Plus they have enough wait staffing to handle the customer load in the restaurant as well.
Our waitress Skyylee was pretty good. She's pretty helpful and very friendly to us. First off our table was a bit sticky. Our waitress came and wiped our table right away. Our waitress took our order and was very friendly when we asked questions about the menu options. I really liked her service and helpfulness.
The food order came to us within 10-15 minutes. The food portions and tastes of our breakfast was pretty good.
The ambience was a typical diner noisy. The restaurant didn't have a lot of dirty tables. The empty tables were bussed at a not bad of a turn around.
Final thoughts, the service is alright. They really need to improve the service from the staff, especially the waitress Joli. Her attitude was pretty annoying and terrible. The food was not bad. I might come back here, not too sure though.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Doug S.Honolulu, HI02Apr 12, 2024
This IHOP is more of a homeless shelter than restaurant. Upon pulling up there were three homeless men literally sleeping up against the exterior wall. When I mentioned this to the staff, her response was: "We don't judge people down on their luck". She did however judge a paying customer for wishing to have breakfast in a clean, safe environment. At the end of the day, those homeless men were not the problem - She was! We took our business to Liliha Bakery down the street instead.

We had breakfast here as our airport hotel didn't have a breakfast option, and this was the closest.
I had the plant based power plate. The egg white scramble didn't have any flavor, which ended up being okay as the plant based sausage patties were a bit spicy. The lemon ricotta berry pancakes were good in theory, but just not as good as the regular buttermilk ones. His plate had all the meats and really was just too much food. I'm not sure why they just don't offer a dish or two with reasonable sized portions.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0
