Charming Charlie

I loved my experience at the Charming Charlie at Water Tower Place.

Tucked away in a corner on the 5th floor, the store is huge. It is spread out in an organized in a way that makes shopping so easy.

I was looking for a couple of little gifts for friends and found everything arranged by color. Perfect concept! I was able to pick out a few cute things at a great price point.

The guy working the night I was there was fantastic. He was so helpful and fun to chat with. He was very personable and gracious.

Bought a dress for $50 about 5 weeks ago. Could not try them on because their fitting rooms were closed (???). Was told I had 30 days to return and money refunded to the original method of payment. The dress didn't fit. I don't live in the area so came back 35 days later and as with any other retailer I expected to be able to get store credit. I like their jewelry and was ready to spend the $50 right there and then some. However, was told I am now stuck with the dress as they will not take it back! Not even for store credit or merchandise of equal value! The worst customer service I ever experienced. Absolutely horrible. These people have no idea how to gain and keep a customer. I walked away upset and left the dress there to which the sales lady yelled: "have a nice day". SMH.
