RECIPE
Ingredients (15 pieces)
- Glutinous rice flour 700g
- Rice flour 300g
- Sugar 700g
- Yuzu Citrus 4 to 5
- Water 200cc
How to cook
1. Sift the glutinous rice flour.
2. Finely chop the yuzu.
3. Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil, then add the glutinous rice flour and rice flour and cook it down.
4. Pour onto a shallow tray and cool.
5. Cut the mixture from step 4 into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle sugar on the outside.
