AMERICAN ENGINEERING CORPORATION HOLDS GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY FOR NEW IWAKUNI OFFICE American Engineering Corporation (AEC), headquartered in Ginowan City, Okinawa (President and CEO: Kenneth Mark Exsterstein) held a ceremony to commemorate the groundbreaking of its new Iwakuni office on February 3, 2024, at 11:00 AM. The ceremony was attended by representatives of AEC, Hidehiko Nagano, CEO of Nagano Architects & Associates, (Headquartered in Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi), and Kouji Ashitani, CEO of Oshima Gumi. (Headquartered in Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi). About the Iwakuni Office: The decision to relocate our current office from Monzen-cho to Asahi-cho is driven by our commitment to fostering growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and providing an improved working environment for our dedicated team. Scheduled to open its doors in January 2025, the new office has been meticulously designed to accommodate up to 133 employees, offering a modern and collaborative workspace. This strategic move reflects our dedication to the Iwakuni community and underscores our long-term investment in the region. We believe this relocation will further strengthen our position in the industry and enable us to better serve our clients while creating exciting opportunities for our valued employees. 新岩国事務所の建設予定地で地鎮祭を挙行 ~山口県岩国市旭町で2025年1月開業～ アメリカンエンジニアコーポレイション（代表取締役社長：ケネス・マーク・エクスタースティン、本社：沖縄県宜野湾市、以下AEC）は、新岩国事務所の建築開始にあたり、令和6年2月3日午前11時より地鎮祭を執り行いました。 式典には、AEC関係者ほか、事務所の設計監理を担う株式会社長野総合建築事務所（本社：山口県岩国市麻里布町）の長野 英彦代表取締役社長、および建設を担う株式会社大島組（本社：山口県岩国市立石町）の足谷 浩司代表取締役も参列し、工事の安全祈願を行いました。 岩国事務所について このたび事業拡大に伴う社員増加への対応のため、岩国事務所を岩国市門前町から岩国市旭町へ移転します。新しく建設される岩国事務所は、事業拡大にともなう将来的な人員増強に対応できるオフィスフロア面積を確保し、最大133名の社員が勤務できる施設となり、地域における雇用創出に貢献します。また、社員一人ひとりが働きやすい環境づくりのために最新の設備導入を行うことで、社員の健康を考慮し、魅力的で働きやすい環境を提供します。オフィス内には集中できるスペースやリラクゼーションスペースを設け、仕事にメリハリがもてるデザインを採用しました。 また、当施設にはシャワー室、更衣室、保健室、車いす対応のエレベーター、バリアフリートイレが完備され、フリーアドレス制度が導入されます。カフェスタイルのフリースペースも設けており、社員がくつろぎながら仕事に取り組める環境を提供します。
